WIE Bay Area is excited to welcome Alexandra Harbour as our fall Professional Development speaker. Alex is a Principal at Prelude Ventures, a climate tech fund deploying $1.5B across the low-carbon economy. Prior to Prelude, Alex was a founding employee and investor at Powerhouse, an innovation firm and seed fund backing software-enabled technology for clean energy and electric mobility. Alex is a 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 in Energy, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and an alum and founding member of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) Bay Area chapter. She graduated from Boston University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Sustainable Energy. Alex will speak on her career path and will provide an overview of Prelude’s work and the field of climate technology investment.
