WIE Workshop: Unlearning Perfectionism

WIE Workshop: Unlearning Perfectionism

Presented by WIE Seattle Professional Development Committee

November 9, 2022 | 5:30 to 7:00 PM

Join us on November 9 for an in-person evening workshop with life and leadership coach and speaker, Micha Goebig on the topic of “Unlearning Perfectionism”.

Do you tend to get stuck in “just one more” revision loop instead of presenting your work already? Do you know when it’s time to send out that application or upload that profile? Are you sometimes so worried that you may not take the right step that you don’t move at all?

In this workshop, we will talk about how perfectionism presents an obstacle in people’s lives and how we can leave it behind, as well as the advantages a focus on excellence provides. You will leave with an actionable list of strategies and tools that can help you make positive changes, save time and strengthen confidence in yourself and your work.

Thank you especially to WIE's featured event sponsors who have made this event possible: GSI Environmental, Inc., AECOM, Geoengineers, HDR, and wood.

WIE's mission is to further professional development and opportunities for women in the environmental field.

WIE fosters relationships, mutual respect, and diversity among environmental professionals through networking, education, and mentoring.
