Sign-Up for WIE's 2026/2027 Portland Mentoring Program!

The 2026/2027 Women in Environment Portland mentoring program sign-up is live for all mentors and mentees! This is a great opportunity to get to know other women in the environmental sector and to discuss strategies and tools for reaching personal and professional goals with other environmental professionals.

Sign up for mentors and mentees closes this Friday, July 10th

Mentoring groups will begin meeting in September and will meet 6 times throughout the mentoring season*. The groups consist of 1 mentor and a small group of mentees. Mentoring groups generally meet in person but have the flexibility to move some meetings virtually. We are excited to offer an opt-in BIPOC-specific group for the third year. You may select a preference for a virtual group or opt-in to the BIPOC-specific group when signing up for the program using the link below.

*Participants must sign up for either a mentee or a mentor role. Mentors and Mentees are required to attend a virtual orientation in July, and Mentors are required to attend an in-person group training event in August. Mentee attendance is required at a minimum of 4 meetings.
