This in-person WIE Mentoring Meeting will be generously hosted by Tetra Tech at their Oakland office (1999 Harrison Street, Suite 500, Oakland, CA 94612).

Join us for an interactive evening of small breakout group discussions focused on real-world career questions and experiences. Topics will include navigating job searches and interviews, standing out in a competitive environmental field, salary negotiation, building workplace relationships, gaining visibility, and exploring career growth or pivots. We will also create space for open conversations around imposter syndrome, work-life balance, leadership, and managing climate-related stress.

Whether you are looking to expand your network, find your next role in environmental or marine science, or grow as a mentor and leader, this session is designed to foster meaningful connections and practical insights.
